KK'S JOURNEY TO A HEALTHIER ME

How do i begin I have been on this journey for the last 3-4 years Ive gained some lost some gained again but I'm feel like I'm in a better frame of mind to get this weight loss on track My long term goal is to no longer be pre diabetic and thinner and healthier then I have ever been Iam a very empathetic and outgoing individual I am happily married for 17 years now and I have 2 wonderful stepkids and my 2 beautiful labs I love to cook I love to bake and I love the outdoors
