    I had to stop by your page and extend my good wishes to you....I know exactly how you feel (message board post) about feeling so stuck in bad food choices. 2 months ago I had a total meltdown about my weight which led me to search for something online to help. I found Spark and although I'm not coming down in my weight as quickly as I'd like to,I'm slowly loosing. I don't mind,it can take the rest of my life as long as I keep working at it.
    But anyway I just wanted to say hi from Maine! emoticon
