Yes, gotta laugh instead of cry--
I was so gung ho and ready to get fit, for my looks and confidence, last year. Lost around 25 pounds...at the end of the year, gained around 20.
So by the end of the year, was nearly right back where I started--
Anyhoo... I'm back with a goal, not for looks or vanity-- for my HEALTH.
Back again, read the blog, and you'll know why. lol
I'm leaving the rest below to look back on--maybe as a lesson of sorts. DO it for the right reasons, you might get better results. lol
I'm feeling great for 2008! Ready to get started on my weight loss to being a HOTTIE again...lol...
I want the scales to applaud me instead of groan when I step on...
I know it will happen soon---MOTIVATION!

Spark recommends to eat 1200-1500 calories to meet my goal. I can't wait to see results on the scale, as well as my measurements! woohoo!

I'm a stay-at-home mom of 3 kids, 10, 3, and 3....(yes, twins)
One of my twins has Down Syndrome, he's a sweetheart--- the other two are very special, but all a handfull, and I mean a handFULL! lol But I'm really proud of every one of them.
We are on the go constantly with my daughter's fastpitch tournaments...and gym meets...and practice in between.
I don't have much ME time, but who really does?
I HATE exercise! lol
