Yeah core dynamics was hardcore .... "core" wise ha ha. Cardio challenge was fun. It was about the same as last time ... didn't tire as quickly this time, cause I didn't go up with weights. I stayed the same ... ahhh feels so good to work out! I love S90!

Hey you! Sorry for not keeping updated and checking in! The days run out by the time I have a few minutes to sit down and I am exhausted by then! I don't know how I am a day ahead .... .
I did miss a workout on Sunday, so I doubled up Monday, that might have been it. I hope not to miss anymore, cause it really screwed me up! I love working my arms and shoulders! One of my favorite! Cardio Challenge is definitely more fun now! I almost want to do it with like arms/shoulders or chest and back .... I think I am going to start adding UB to some too!
