Yeah core dynamics was hardcore .... "core" wise ha ha. Cardio challenge was fun.
It was about the same as last time ... didn't tire as quickly this time, cause I didn't go up with weights. I stayed the same ... ahhh feels so good to work out! I love S90!

That's awesome your getting the pikes down! I miss doing UB. I think I want to do it for fun one day.

Hey don't hate! My abs were on fire doing that ....stick with it! If your able to do them thats awesome. I can barely do them! It was luck I did three. I just going to keep practicing everyday though!

Hey you! Sorry for not keeping updated and checking in! The days run out by the time I have a few minutes to sit down and I am exhausted by then! I don't know how I am a day ahead .... . emoticon

I did miss a workout on Sunday, so I doubled up Monday, that might have been it. I hope not to miss anymore, cause it really screwed me up!
I love working my arms and shoulders! One of my favorite! Cardio Challenge is definitely more fun now! I almost want to do it with like arms/shoulders or chest and back .... I think I am going to start adding UB to some too!

Awesome job on moving up in weights! Yah, it definitely shocks your muscles, they're like hey! emoticon were not used to this!!!!!! Awesome job with sticking with it!!!! I'll try to be better about checking in!
