Kendra's Weight Management 2014

Hello there,

After getting down to 165, I found out I was pregnant. During pregnancy I got all the way up to 212.

6 months postpardum I am weighing in at 152.8
My BMI is FINALLY in the "normal" zone. (60 pounds total lost)

I haven't drastically cut my calories as I am still breastfeeding, but I have cleaned up my diet, and re-added exercise into my routine.

I plan on continuing on my journey training for a 5k. Also looking to get my ...
