Hello...I am Kelly, 48, 5 ft 2 and 157. I have always struggled a bit with my weight and would dearly love to lose 25 pounds. I work out consistently 5 tp 6 days a week with cardio and weights for 45 min sessions but just can't seem to get the scale to budge.

My Goals:
Lose 5 lbs then increase that once accomplished.
Lose 25 lbs total.
Eat whole foods
Give up diet coke
Drink 64 oz water (can include Perrier) daily
Continue exercising 6 days per week
Burn 8500 calories in December

My Program:
Eating between 1200 to 1400 calories per day.
Exercising 5 to 6 times per week for 45 min
Trying to make healthy food choices (no processed foods)
Logging my food and exercise daily.
