I saw a comment you left in December on a Jessica Smith lower body workout, asking how to put it on your fitness tracker. I don't know if anyone answered you. I have created several fitness "favorites" like ST/toning (for general strength training workouts), core, and stretching. Rather than mess with sets, I categorize them as cardio so I can just record minutes. I don't know if that helps.
