Thanks for commenting on my blog! Of upi tru tje arm workout, please let me know. You're a fitness rockstar. I've been dying to find out if I'm the only person shocked by how hard it is to hold my arms out without weights and then when you're done do the section with the 3 pound weights. I just can't hold those things up, I have to use twos.

Sorry to hear that you'll be alone today. Or will you? Do you have anything planned for today?

I'm just missing T a lot lately.... doesn't help that fatigue is hanging around, acting like my best friend. :-( Sleep better come good this weekend, cold sores have started.
