This time is for real

A mom, a wife, a nurse....tried many diets , some worked but haven't lasted. Now I am eating REALfood as much as possible and avoid highly processed food. I am starting a C25K program for the 3rd time. This time it's for real and I will push through!
I want to participate in a 5K race.

My Goals:
1. Feel healthy and energized
2. Have the ability to take my kids to the public pool without feeling embarassed
3. Sit in a plane without wondering if the seatbelt will reach all the way accross
4. Feeling empowered after finally accomplishing a noticable weight loss

My Program:
On Tuesdays/Thursdays/ Saturdays I train with a C25k program
On Mondays/Wednesdays/ Fridays I do strength training
I also cut almost all processed food from my diet and eat organic as much as possible

Personal Information:
I am from North Texas. I am in my 30's and want to make a permanent change in my health and appearance. My kids need me energized and ready to go at any time.

Other Information:
I love to read and travel. I also love to hike with my yellow lab Miley.
