Keep Walking.... Keep Honest

Moved back to New Zealand in January 2012 after 14 years in the USA. Was very homesick for my walking friends and dog but have finally settled down again. Got a job. Now back walking. Training for my first 1/2 in NZ.

Walking 4-5 days a week.
Strength Training.
I need to keep consistent with this.
But rest days are important when training.

I love to Cross Stitch. Reading, Gardening and Walking.
When I stitch I listen to talking books. But there is nothing like having a book in my hand to read.

Well done for joining in with the PERSONAL STEPS CHALLENGE for August and your goal of 321,660 steps is great, and your first days walking was brilliant!

Play safe and enjoy your walking. You consistently participate in this challenge and I applaud you for your commitment.
