No Pain No Gain
I used spark people a few years ago and was able to kick off those last 10 pounds I needed! However, I traveled overseas on a missions trip for a year, and had little control of what food I could eat. I totally ate every american luxury food when I got back... and know I am way past due to kick back into a healthy lifestyle again. I want to kick of the 15 pounds I have gained to put me back at my weight goal. I'm also a singer, and I find when I exercise more and eat ...

However, I traveled overseas on a missions trip for a year, and had little control of what food I could eat. I totally ate every american luxury food when I got back... and know I am way past due to kick back into a healthy lifestyle again. I want to kick of the 15 pounds I have gained to put me back at my weight goal. I'm also a singer, and I find when I exercise more and eat healthier, I tend to be able to sing better and have better breath support. So, that's another reason! When I lost the first 35lbs, I called my random eating/workout habits "no pain no gain" to all of my friends, so I decided that I wanted to get back into that mentality again!

My Program:
Begin exercising regularly, and gradually add more core-focused exercises into my routines. I'm going to cut back on junk food, too.
