My Goals:
My new & improved goals are:
1. To love my life!
2. To be fit and healthy so that I can live life to the full.
3. To lose 5% of my weight in 8 weeks and meet my seasonal 5% Challenge Goal!


My Program:
My 2016 Summer 5% Challenge commitments:

1. Nutrition:
a. Control Portion size and no seconds!
b. No Snacking - that is the best method I have found to stay on track. If I have the discipline not to eat between meals, I am more capable of eating well at meal time.

2. Exercise - at least 350 minutes per week:
a. At least 30 minutes of cardio exercise every day.
b. Strength training at least 3 days per week.

3. Team participation
a. I will post my exercise and LTGL points daily
b. Post to the team wall and/or chat thread daily.
c. Visit team members pages and blogs to leave support, encouragement and goodies.

    Lunch was great! Thank you! I went to the doctor for the quarterly checkin and my weigh-in was the best yet. 215! That was 1 pound more than my scale yesterday, but I had at least 1 pound of clothes on, so good showing. Made my day!

    Now to keep at it. Think my 5% challenge is really working great and I'm going to keep doing it until I don't have 5% left to lose. Not sure what I'll do then, but I guess we're all in the same boat, right?

    We'll all have to start some kind of a maintenance challenge for the seasons - what fun. I can already think of one challenge to do on that team.

    Okay, back to reality and now.
