3. To lose 5% of my weight in 8 weeks and meet my 2014 Fall 5% Challenge Goal!

My Program:
My 2014 Fall 5% Challenge commitments:

1. Nutrition:
a. I will track everything I eal
b. Slow, mindful eating / no mindless snacking
c. Stay within 1300 - 1500 calories / day

2. Exercise:
a. At least 30 minutes following an exercise video intense enough to make me sweat.
b. At least 30 minutes walking each day
c. At least 10 minutes of mat exercises - pushups, situps, etc each day

3. Team participation
a. I will post my exercise and LTGL points daily
b. Post to the team wall and/or chat thread daily.
c. Visit team members pages and blogs to leave support, encouragment and goodies.

I have been really bad at checking in lately! I am keeping track today so will post later. I am also starting a weight loss competition at work on Monday so that will help keep me on track. Hope you have a good Friday!
