My new & improved goals are:

1. To love my life!
2. To be fit and healthy so that I can live life to the full.
3. To lose 5% of my weight in 8 weeks and meet my 2015 Summer 5% Challenge Goal!

My Program:
My 2015 Fall 5% Challenge commitments:

1. Nutrition:
a. Track everything!
b. No Snacking - that is the best method I have found to stay on track. If I have the discipline not to eat between meals, I am more capable of eating well at meal time.

2. Exercise:
a. At least 30 minutes of cardio exercise every day.
b. Strength training at least 3 days per week.

3. Team participation
a. I will post my exercise and LTGL points daily
b. Post to the team wall and/or chat thread daily.
c. Visit team members pages and blogs to leave support, encouragment and goodies.
