You know, sometimes 'getting your motivation back' is a difficult thing. I've struggled with getting back in the exercise groove, until I realized the realtionship between my stress and my lack of exercise.
I've been 'regular' at the gym all last week, and will continue to be. I don't bring food in the house that I'm not willing to put on my food log. (since I grocery shop, this is easy).
I live with 3 males (hubby, 16 & 13), and I know if I don't take good care of myself, I will NOT be able to take care of them.
