Trying to be sparkly. I'm breaking everything up into simple goals. I just had a baby via c-section and I was doing well in recovery until I overdid it and tore a stitch. Now I have to be very careful, and I don't think exercise is something that is going to happen for the next couple of weeks. However, I'm going to try to get back into the habit of eating right and drinking lots of water.

Fitness Minutes: 3,765

My Goals:
1st goal: 10 lbs (from 280 to 270 by June 30)
2nd goal: 20 lbs (from 270 to 260 by September 30)
3rd goal: 50 lbs (from 250 to 230 by January 1)
4th goal: 75 lbs (from 230 to 205 by March 31)
5th goal: 100 lbs (from 205 to 180 by October 31)

My Program:
1.) Staying withing a logical and healthy caloric range
2.) Participating in physical exercise a minimum of 20 minutes daily
3.) Avoiding binging by allowing myself to continue to enjoy favorite foods, in moderation
4.) Saving money and calories by drastically reducing the amount of fast food consumed in the household
5.) Making a habit to drink 8-10 glasses of water per day, 3 of which (minimum) must be green tea, and to only drink caloried drinks when they are beneficial i.e. natural fruit juice, V8 (no caloried soda!)

Personal Information:
30 years old, mother of 3 (13 yr old, 2 yr old, newborn). 4 cats. Very overweight and ready to lose it however she has to !

Eagles may soar, but weasels don't get sucked into jet engines.
