Happy December. We are so fortunate to be able to start this new month. Have you thought of any ways to make your healthy lifestyle more fun? No, you do not have to make this month boring or a must do routine. Instead, make your December filled with healthy fun!!
those "I cannot eat this" or "I have to do this" thoughts. Perhaps this month you can create your own chapter entitled, "Having Fun and Feeling Great in December". Think about things you'd like to do that will get you moving...when was the last time you went ice skating, or sledding or cross-country skiing? Maybe you'd like to try one of these? Why not build a snowman with your children? What I find really fun is the Wii Dance DVD. You work up a sweat having lots of fun!!
