i'm 22, a waitress, sassy as hell, & tired of carrying around a few extra pounds. i'm at 200 now & over the next few months i'd like to drop 45-50 of those. i'm using weight watchers points system & this site. i'm attempting to cut down on the beer & step up to the exercise.
