Hello! I'm a 26 year old dietetic technician, soon to be dietitian. I would like to lose 15 lbs. Even though I am at a healthy weight for my height I would feel more comfortable weighing a little less.

My Goals:
I'm working towards getting to 145 lbs by Thanksgiving! This month I'm following the goals from one of the SparkTeams I belong to (20 somethings with 10-24 lbs to lose): -Stay within calorie range 5 out of 7 days a week - Make time to do a quick strength move each day (ex. lunge, squat, etc.) - Blog at least 2 times a week (I have a blog off of SparkPeople)
My Program:
My basic program is lots of fruits and veggies, keeping portion sizes appropriate, tracking all of my food, and exercising gently. I like to walk, do yoga, and occasionally some push-ups. I don't really care for intensive exercise - I figure that I shouldn't do anything in life that I don't enjoy!
Personal Information:
I'm from Appleton, WI, although I'm a student at UW-Stevens Point, studying Dietetics. I hope to become a dietitian so that I can help others to achieve their weight loss goals since it is something that I have always struggled with.
Other Information:
I really enjoy being around people, learning, and traveling above all. I studied abroad in London and want to live there someday!
