girl, thank you so much for all your support last week. it is so truly appreciated! sometimes i will be so about my body, and the next day that mood vanishes for whatever reason. i am really trying to stay consistently positive so my body responds positively to all the changes i'm putting it through. thanks again and i hope everything is well with you!
hey! i saw your status - i have SO been there before. i get to the gym, feel okay, get on the machine/join a class ... and my body just can't seem to keep up. maybe you're tired from previous workouts this week, or didn't get enough carbs for energy. either way, whats most important is that you went - don't get down on yourself! hope you are doing well otherwise
