Taking control of my Life
Picture to the left is a path at my favorite park in Iowa, Pikes Peak. This path runs along the upper cliffs of the Mississippi River. When ever I feel down I look at pictures of this park.
I am a 50+ female. Recently went through the premenopause major weight gain. Seemed like no matter what I did, I couldn't stop it. UGH!!!!
So here I am again trying to make this work once and for all. Wish me LUCK!!!!

Other Information:
I shoot pool in the winter time and try to ride when ever I can. Found a new sport to do with my horse - Equine Soccer.
