My Program:
I've been a member of spark people since 2008, but it has been only since Feb 5, 2013 that I've decided that I'm making a life style change of eating healthier and getting exercise. I'm not on a diet, I let myself eat what I want/ when I want, however reading nutrition content of foods is keeping me from wanting most junk food, and when I do happen to eat something un healthy I get just a tiny portion so to get the taste, without the guilt. I also keep telling my self, nothing tastes as good as Healthy is going to feel!!
