My Goals:
Lose about 35 lbs.
Getting ready to start training for my second 1/2 marathon this coming November.

My Program:
Using the web site to help keep track of my food intake and work outs. Also enjoying the motivation

Other Information:
Enjoy working in the yard, walking, reading, crosswords, sewing.

Did the Nike Human Race on 8/31/08 10K walked it in 96 mins.

Did Run the Rock the White Rock Marathon 5 Person Relay 12/14/08 and did the second leg (4 miles) at 14.05 average pace at an average of 4.25 miles per hour and a time of 57 mins.

Jan. 17 Did "Too Cold To Hold" By Run-On. The 5K and my chip time was 43.42.77 Walk and a little running.

Last year did The Tulsa run 15K in 2 hours and 14 mins.

April 10, 2011 Did the Big D 1/2 Marathon in 3 hours and 17 mins.

When you've eaten too much and you can't write it down,
