Working hard to maintain

When I graduated from college in 2005, I realized I had gained about 50 pounds since high school. I really wanted to get in shape and the first step was to diet and exercise. Between 2005 and 2007, I lost that 50 pounds!

Unfortunately I gained about 10 of that back after that point. Although I'm fairly certain most of the weight gain was muscle, I still don't have the definition in my legs that I used to have.

So now the goal is to keep off the weight and sculpt ...

My Program:
I am walking on my lunches and breaks at work (15 miles per week), biking, and running.

I should also make sure to do strength training 3 times a week, but I'm not so great at keeping up on that.

Personal Information:
I am from Hartland, WI and live now in Madison, WI where I graduated from college December 2005.

I now have a promising career as a Compliance Specialist for a TPA for FSAs.

I am a newly-wed to a man who I have been with for 4 years.

Other Information:
I am a huge fan of karaoke where I love to sing songs from self-confident women like Alanis Morissette, Evanescence, Shania Twain, and Carrie Underwood.

My favorite music to listen to is punk rock and my favorite band is Offspring. Nothing easier to work out to than a driving beat.

But I found myself again and decicded to do this for real I am throwing myself into getting to the me I wanna be. But thank you for the support and everything. I've cut down my coffee consumption, and my ability to eat breakfast HAS gotten a wee-bit better.

Thanks for the vote of confidence! I lost 4 the first week and only 1 the second week... oh well. I've been working out and lifting so I have a feeling that's what did it. Also drinking that weekend didn't take the calories out of my diet any. Congrats on you losses and with your new relationship!!!! Good luck girly!
