Two years ago I found an old pair of jeans I bought when I was 21. They were a struggle to get on and I couldn't zip them up but I figured that's just what happens when you turn 30. I told myself that I never expected to fit into them my whole life. But I kept them around anyway because, really, I did expect to fit into them again. Maybe I was a little heavier but it could have been my period or too much salt that ...

I didn't own a scale and I went through lists of excuses everytime I visited home and weighed myself so I had plenty ready for those jeans.

A year after that I couldn't get them past my thighs. I got a scale, I wrote down what I ate, I exercised. In April I dug them up again and they fit. They're a little tight, but they fit. I can't wait to find out what happens in July!

I saw your post "I'm going to sub in windmill side lunges because regular lunges make my knees hurt too much." under today's QF challenge, which drew me your page. I have that same problem. I worked my lower body yesterday, and today my knees are megga sore. I was afraid it was due to poor form. Is it possible that I just pushed myself too far?
