Reaching Mountian Tops in Everything I Do

I have battled weight all my life. From childhood through adulthood and not only excess weight. I want to be healthy and active. I keep watching Biggest Loser and have thought "if I gain 30 lbs will they pick me to be on the show" because I need account-abila-buddies and support that they give contestants. I moved cross country for grad school and have no one for support now and in 1 1/2 years I have gained near 20 lbs. I need to see the world from the mountain top again!

My Goals:
To be aware of my choices in life and make changes that can be life giving and fulfilling.

My Program:
I am starting by adding activities first.

I don't want to make drastic changes that I will not keep in my life. My decisions need to be LIFE LONG.

Personal Information:
I am a 25 year old single woman finishing up her Masters Degree.

I am making life decisions everyday and my body needs to be included in those decisions.

Other Information:
I have a wonderful dog, Foxy Lady, and I need to become more healthy so I can give her the life that she deserves.

Hey gorgeous! I have not been on Spark for awhile because I had a baby boy, but I am back now, with more weight to lose! lol Hope all is going well. What are your fitness goals this week? Maybe we can do them together. I've been walking or jogging 10-14 miles per week and doing biggest loser fitness videos at home. Hope your week is great!
