My main goal is to start walking again, at least 5,000 steps once a day, I can do this goal to start me off.
Well so far I walk to sheetz once a week to buy water! .
I have diabetes and thyroid desease, these conditions make it harder to lose weight because with diabetes you HAVE to eat several times a day. I also take a medication that I have to eat at least 500 calories per meal, breakfast, lunch and dinner.
