Tough Mudder Training
I haven't used Spark People in a while so I am doing it again because I am training to become a Tough Mudder! Tough Mudder is a competition that donates to the Wounded Warriors Project so me and a few people are doing it in October! It is a 12 mile Obstacle course and it is going to be amazing.

My Goals:
I want to be able to participate in Tough Mudder. I want to have a defined stomach. I want to score at least a 240 on the APFT.
My Program:
MWF - Group Fitness class for 45 minutes T&TH - 2 hours weight training, 2 hours jogging, Tough Mudder Exercises (about 15 min and then 30 min run)
