New Year - New Me... I am D-O-N-E!
My name is Kathryn -"Kat" for short- I am 21 years old and live outside of Philadelphia, PA. I have always been overweight. I am one of four kids, again, the only heavy one.
I am restarting with Spark People because its a new year and last year I was really slacking with a lot. My weight for one. I gained 46 pounds since January of 2008.

I am restarting with Spark People because its a new year and last year I was really slacking with a lot. My weight for one. I gained 46 pounds since January of 2008.
I'm DONE being the Fat Girl and would really appreciate all of the help and support I can get.
I've started a journal of everything I eat and drink daily, plus my exercise per day.
My goal is to lose 2 pounds per week and reach my goal weight of 120 by January of 2009.

Hopefully I can make it... I know that my weight will plateau every once in a while and I'll be at a stand still, but I'm hoping I can make it through it!!

My Goals:
My goal is to be happy with what I see in the mirror and to become the healthiest I have been in my life. I am an adult now, its time to take responsibility for my self.
My Program:
I hope to eat healthier, exercise more often and cut out most junk food and soda!!
I will no longer eat my emotions!
Personal Information:
I'm from a little town outside of Philadelphia.. the "bubble" as my friends and I refer to it. I graduated high school is 2005 and work full time as a patient care technician. I'm hoping to get back into college soon and set my life on a straight and positive path.
