Okay lets try this again, again.
Update 4/20/09: Its time again to get back on here. This year started off great, I got down to 182lbs but after Easter things have been out of control. I learned I cannot cut out food completely because the moment I give myself permission to eat the food I initially cut out, I go crazy and feel like I just cant have enough. So I'm back to re-learn how to eat. :) I'm back at this for the umth-teenth time. But this time I have no idea where to start, what changes to make. I ...

So I'm back to re-learn how to eat. :) I'm back at this for the umth-teenth time. But this time I have no idea where to start, what changes to make. I feel like I've never done this before and now things are at a stand still. UGH! UPDATE: Wiping the slate clean. Reset all my tracking and goals and am looking at a few pounds at a time. First weight loss goal will be to be at 187 by Christmas.
