Hello, my name is Rita.Thanks for visiting my page. I used to work out regularly 5-6 days a week, but in February i have had a knee problem that left me unable to walk for couple of weeks. The recovery was slow and i wasn't able to work out. So the pounds come back.I need to start to work out again.

Hard to control the cravings, some days are better than others, we are support and encourage each other.

My Goals:
Be healthy and exercise regularly. I would like to lose about 15 lbs.
Tone and shape my midsection.

My Program:
I eat 3 meals and 2-3 snacks daily. But that depends on my BS that day.

I drink green tea w/lemon and water.





Aug. 29 Started Jamie Eason LiveFir's program.


Personal Information:
I'm 36 years old, married and have a 16 years old daughter. We leave in SW Florida. I'm a T1, i eat healthy but not really good with portion control (especially with peanut butter) I exercise regularly 5-7 times/week.
But i'm having a hard time to put together my nutrition with my exercise routine.

Other Information:
My weakness: Peanut Butter!
