I need to make some permanent changes in my life. Up until now I've done nothing long lasting. Only short little spurts, and to no surprise, I've gained weight. I need help. I want kids and I feel like because of my weight I won't be having them any time soon. THIS MUST CHANGE! So that is what I am here to do.

My Goals:
Ultimate weight goal is 130 lbs.

Run a 5k by August 13, 2012 without stopping to catch my breath in between,

My Program:
1st- cut out fast food - It's been a week and a half so far.
2nd- cut out soda - done, been going strong for almost two months.
3rd- cut out excess sugars - still working on this.

Replace these with healthy foods and water.

I'm doing a running training program in order to lose as much fat as possible, and I'm also doing weights and other toning exercises in order to keep my muscle and tighten that extra skin up.
