KRISTY'S FITNESS JOURNEY

I have struggled with weight since about the third grade. Did the yo-yo diet thing, lost weight my senior year of high school, and even more in college, only to gain it back a few years later. When I finally got engage, I started Weight Watchers and lost 25lbs. Six months later, gained it again when I got pregnant. I've been struggling with that "last 10 pounds" from my first pregnancy, and about 50 more from my second! I've tried it all, and I'm finally learning the correct way to do it!

I am glad to hear that you are making progress. Sometimes, usually, it is slow but that is OK!! I think that slow is better! I just wanted to say Congratulations on the progress that you are making. Whatever you are doing it is working. Continue to slowly add to your arsenal of tools to win at this goal. Don't try to do it all at once. Do one thing until you are comfortable with it then add something else and slowly you will have a lot of tools that each work but work better in combination with everything else.

Good luck in your weight lose goal and emoticon to spark people!!! The tools, information and the support that you will find here are the BEST IN THE WORLD!!
