i am not eating sugar, flour or starch. Pretty much low carb, but also staying away from allot of the fats too. I eat lots of fish and chicken and salads and vegetables. I eat some fruit like apples, berries and melons. as of today 2/20/2013 I am down 31 pounds :-)
I am a registered nurse and work in a TraumaLevel III emergency room. I have 4 children and 7 grandchildren. I am told repeatedly that I look much younger than my age.
i love biking and doing 5-10K's. I am a walk/runner ;-) but my goal is to run farther each time. Also I can hardly wait for retirement in less than 10 years so I can bike and hike every day.
