hey i am kirsty i had a gastro band fitted in ocober last year i have already lost 2 stone but i am findin it hard to eat healthy....needin more help... its an emotion thing!!!

There's a team called Victoria’s Secret Angels and a new team called SP Hotties. Thought you would be interested in joining. The purpose of both teams is to help motivate everyone to finally get fit and be healthy with challenges and daily/ weekly weigh ins as well as sharing beauty, fashion, and fitness secrets and trends.

We are starting a new challenge called the Total Body Makeover; it’s a great motivating way to lose weight. It should help you lose between 6-10 pounds for the month of April to get you ready for the summer (Vs Team).
