ːF is a Japanese term, pronounced "saishokukenbi", that translates to "a woman, being gifted with both beauty and intelligence". One of my first few days living in Japan a young man referred to me as this, but when you're faced with your obesity on a daily basis it's hard to remember the little moments of happiness like these.

I'm a 22-year-old originally from Manitoba, Canada, although right now I am living in Japan. I work as an Assistant English Teacher for grades all through kindergarten to junior high, and on most days I love my job. As far as hobbies go, I love traveling and shopping and, on tighter budgets, reading and writing.
