    I agree. Shin splints are the worst. Stretching them out and putting ice on it whenever you can will help a lot.

    Hey good evening. Columbus Day is Oct 8th. You TOTALLY have enough time to train and run in it! Start now and get a training schedule going. You've got 8 weeks to train counting this week as one, that's plenty of time, PLENTY.

    You can find others, SP may have one but I'm not sure. Play around with it until you find one you can adjust into and start training!

    It will move! Yeah, Zumba is fun, I really like that too. Besides the treadmill my next favorite would have to be the elliptical for sure. I've read that you can actually burn more calories on the elliptical than you can on the treadmill.

    Have fun doing yoga! That is a great way to stretch sore muscles and its calming. I always feel a little taller after a class, lol. I'm only 5'4" so I'll take whatever I can get even if it is just mental.
