To anyone who stumbles across this, YOU CAN DO IT!!! Whatever it is; losing weight, eating healthier, getting a better mindset, or a combination of those, you can do it! Don't let anyone, even yourself, say otherwise.
I joined in 2012 but didn't start seriously recording my food/fitness/weight til January 2014 haha.

Overall, I'm one of those people who have see-sawed back and forth between fit and healthy, and, well, unfit and unhealthy. In 2005, when I was 16, I was at my lowest at 108lbs (me being 5'4, I was a little uncomfortable with that since it was really low. I had aimed for 112 and my metabolism was still kicking); last year I peaked at my heaviest, 164lbs. I have been going back and forth since puberty, essentially. The last three years though have been quite a challenge; I gained 30 lbs, lost 15, then regained 30 more in that time span. I decided that I was sick and tired of feeling like crap and actually do something about it; not just exercising and eating healthier, but to maintain a healthy weight for the rest of my life without rebounding within a year.

I started exercising October 2013, but then shot myself in the foot in December 2013 by not only regaining the weight I had lost but gaining more weight because I love sweets. So I haven't exactly joined the bandwagon of exercising daily once New Years hit (not a bad bandwagon to join though!), but I do need to eat a lot healthier. Thus far I have been a lot more strict about my diet, and have lost weight already :)

I am currently on HasFit and Zombie Run right now; it's varied, and I don't think I'll burn out of it. I have done Insanity, and I got really bored of it (it was a great work out though! I just like stregnth training more than Cardio). Currently looking into Belly Dancing.

My Goals:
-Lose weight
-Have visible muscles
-More energy,
-Adopt healthier eating habits
-Once I lose the weight, maintain it!
-Do a MudRun!

My Program:
*Doing HASFit (combo of Cardio and Strength Training) while this time eating healthy.
*Keeping my calorie count to 1200 only (will occasionally splurge to 1400 after a more rigrous exercise). I also try to get enough carbs and protein while limiting sodium intake.
*Work out 6 days a week, and on non workout days I do something lower intensity or fun (dancing woo!).
*I still eat sweets, but only occasionally and in moderation. Otherwise I'll be eating delicious cookies every day haha.

Personal Information:
I am 25 years old, graduated from UNCC with a double major in Psychology and Japanese in December 2012. I am currently working with Wells Fargo.

One of the coolest things I can say is that I lived in Tokyo, Japan (for Study Abroad, but still counts).

I love reading, writing (original work and fanfiction woo!), drawing, dancing, singing, and playing video games. I occasionally like football (only Steelers though; was born in Pittsburgh).

    I watched the movie about 5 years ago and I just got around to the actual anime. It's trippy. Like... too trippy, but I loved it. :D Messed with my emotions, though.

    IMVU is just a 3D chat simulator. Just go and hang out with people. There is one game that's kinda like Bejeweled, but that's it.
