On the road to being me.
I'm twenty two years old. Currently I live with my boyfriend in a small one bedroom apartment. We both workout (sometimes he'll do it with me together) and he's completely supportive of me. I love Wii Sports and DDR. Those are like candy to me and it's hard to make time to play them both.

My Goals:
I would love to get down to 108 pounds. For a short term goal I'm going to try to get down to 115 pounds.
I want to have arm muscles and a better toned body.
I'm putting my scale away for now. It's going in the closet. I'll weigh once a week or so and base my success on how I feel.
My Program:
I started off slowly. I started by drinking eight glasses of water a day.
Then I moved to eating between 1200-1500 calories a day.
Then I added thirty minutes of Walk Away The Pounds videos each day.
And then I added thirty minutes of strength training every other day.
And then threw twenty minutes of yoga on off strength training days.
(Are you lost yet?!)
And finally - I moved my cardio up to 60 minutes a day.
So basically my program is this:
6 days a week (sometimes seven - taking a break makes it harder to get back on track.) I do 60 minutes of walking.
3 days I do thirty minutes of the Firm Ultimate Fat Burning Workout with 5 pound dumb bells.
3 days I do twenty minutes of yoga (sometimes more though. Stretching feels so so good.)
And then I eat 1200-1500 calories. However, I have noticed my metabolism slowing since I started working out for an hour. I'm thinking that I'm going to start eating the
