All-time high of 245lbs in April 2013 (morbidly obese) - my blood pressure shot up & my IBS ramped up the action (hmmm, couldn't be a connection there could there????).

Enough was enough - I looked around for a solution. Specific Carbohydrate Diet seemed to fit the bill & although a pain because it's really strict, I felt better than I had for years and the weight started coming off easily :-D

BUT, life got in the way (where have you heard that before!). I didn't send my IBS into overdrive just didn't control it as well as I had been. And that allowed my week to creep back up...........

Retired 5th June 2015 with plans to get healthier, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually! Well, I have destressed quite a bit and have done some work on my spiritual life, but IBS-wise and weight-wise I've gone backwards, such that by June 2016 I was back up to 243lbs :-(

So, here we go again........

Number 1 goal: Get my guts in order :-O

Weight loss goal: 183lbs - means a loss of 60lbs but still leaves me borderline obese.

Mini goals:
*233lbs - 10lbs lost

*231lbs - 5% body weight lost

*223lbs - 20lbs lost

* 219lbs - 10% body weight lost

* 213lbs - 30lbs lost, half way there!!

*210lbs - obese rather than severely obese

*207lbs - 15% body weight lost

*203lbs - 40lbs lost

*199lbs - significant milestone to have 1 as the first digit :-)

* 195lbs -20% body weight lost

*193lbs - 50lbs lost!!

*183lbs - 60 lbs, 25% body weight lost
