I am working at getting back to a healthy weight and fitness level. I am looking for a workout/walking buddy for the summer of 2012. I am available 8-10am weekday mornings. I walk/jog at around a 12 minute mile and would like to get in a couple of miles a morning in a fun and friendly way. I have lots of interests and looking to meet fellow Sparkers.

My Goals:
Initial goal is 199 lbs and to do a 5-k at 30 minutes.
My Program:
I am tracking what I eat, and exercising 3-4 times a week. My food tracking is working, but I would like to exercise more often. Current: Mostly doing walk/jog and some hooping.
