Back!
I have two beautiful girls (14 & 6) and have a wonderful husband of 16+ years all living in an awful fixer-upper farmhouse on the edge of the known universe. I took a long hiatus which has ended with not only sinus surgery, but sudden gall bladder surgery (less than a week apart) after my first attack that was a sudden, acute and never ending ordeal. Well, I now have clearance from my surgeon to start easing back into activities. I've been extremely careful about what I've been ...
I've been extremely careful about what I've been eating since the surgery (or actually since I started feeling like eating) because my system is so out of whack now. I want to continue eating healthy while easing back into a fitness program. Things did not work out like I had hoped... but, I guess that's all I did was hope and plan rather than any execution. I will remedy that.

My Goals:
My goals are to make healthy food choices, exercise to get fit, and be happier. My first goal is to get below 200 pounds! BE HEALTHY!
My Program:
Cardio is my "demon" that I must overcome. I love weight lifting, but not cardio.
Personal Information:
I am a SAHM from Michigan. I have a husband of 16+ years, and two daughters. I need a lot of motivation, but mostly, I need the kick in the pants to get me off my butt and on my way to smaller pants.
Other Information:
I like to read and spend time with my family. I love to quilt (though I seem to do it rarely), camp, and take photographs! I had an injury to my ankle a few years ago, then during physical therapy, I ruptured my posterior tibial tendon. Ouch. It has never been the same since and often causes me a lot of pain with weight bearing cardio.
