    Thank you so much for your kind words on my blog. My MIL is doing much better. She may come home. The Nursing Home said possibly, September 9th. My kids go back to school on August 31st, and I am not working right now, so, I am hoping to have a few days by myself to get things done. I love Maxine. She is so funny.

    Thank you for your comment on my blog. Maybe we can help each other out. This week I need to revisit my goals since I'm not making the ones I originally set and reread the book (I just downloaded it to my iPhone, so I plan on listening to it while I'm on vacation).

    One step at a time (and sometimes a few steps back), we will make our goals!!!!

    Yes, you and I are very much alike. We are both around the same weight. I don't plan on seeing the 120's. Last time I lost weight was about 8 years ago on Weight Watchers at work. Something about not having to go anywhere and being with my coworkers really worked. I am a lifetime member and have gone back, but just don't seem to have the same motivation. I just started reading The Spark and he states to make small goals, so I am going to start all over and try to lose 3 lbs. in 2 weeks. Hopefully, 5 lbs. in a month. I'm thinking maybe if I start off really small and see some results it will work. What part of Westmoreland County are you from? I live in Plum. Yes, we need each other. I will do my best to help you. emoticon

    Thanks for you comment about my photo, that was taken last September and i was close to my goal weight then. Since then i have been struggling with gaining and losing the same 5 pounds. But i am starting to get the hang of this maintenance thing.
