At 240 lbs. in 2008, I discovered Sparkpeople. I tracked, walked, hiked, drank lots of water & lost 61 lbs. Then I injured myself while running & spent about a year on a plateau. After taking a "break" thru several exciting life changes - including becoming a Grandma to an incredible little girl - I broke positive habits & gained a lot of weight back. So this is me trying to remember to put what's best for me at the top of my priorities once again.

    Thanks Sis! I know, I've been trying to catch up on work that fell behind during the move and I need to re-develop a walking routine. Shaela and I have walked around the neighborhood but haven't found a lot of safe/non-busy-traffic areas yet. I did drive us all to the marina for a nice long walk last weekend, I'll see if I can post the photos I took from that.

    Today is rainy/windy so we're going to do our walking in stores ;)

    Hey Sissy... just checkin' in! We haven't talked Spark stuff in ages and I know with all the fun (and not so fun) busyness with the new house - well... I figured you were super busy with all of that! I miss seeing your Picture Me Walking shots!
