Hi Thanks I didn't expect to lose 8 lbs in a week. I haven't worked out at all. I just stopped drinking soda which is my weakness, started drinking more water and changed certain things on how & what I eat and how I prepare my meals. Just doing that alone i lost weight. But now I need to motivate myself to use that gym membership I'm spending money on. I dread going to the gym by myself. I never know what to do.
