My Goals:
My goal is to lose 47lb. by nov 1, 2007 and to start an excercise that would allow me to burn lots and lots of calories. You see since my anorysum my left side is numb, and I can't move as quickly as I used to. So those are my two small goals.

Hi,

Once you daughter logs her food into the sparkpeople tracker and sees exactly what she's eating, it will wake her up. That's EXACTLY what happened to me. I was like "it has how many calories in it?" lol - It was shocking to find out about the foods I was eating. Some of the food was a whole days worth of calories in one sitting... What woke me up was this site.

Great job with your weight loss. Good luck with helping your daughter out too. =)

I am truly Happy about being a Spark person. My sister turned me on to it in the month of March 2007. I have never been so excited about dieting. It's more like a game to me. But oh how BENEFICIAL!
