Personal Information:
i'm a veggie lover who currently resides in winter haven florida.
...
when i joined SP nearly 2 years ago, i was at what i would consider an ideal weight, i joined mostly just to get healthy and support my fiance with his goals.

but.. i quit smoking in june 2010 and took up overeating as my new bad habit.
now i'm trying to focus on losing the weight i've gained since quitting, and also making sure i don't start smoking again!!

Our next team walk is Saturday, March 5th at 9:00am. We willl meet at the north end of the public library parking lot on Lake Morton. There is ample opportunities here as the slow ones of us can walk as the "speedier" ones can run or jog or even go around more than once. Each lap is 1 mile. The streets are calm, quiet, shady, as well as stroller and wheelchair friendly. And, if for some reason you are unable to walk, you can just feed the ducks and cheer the rest of us on....please show your team spirit by attending this wonderful time of being able to encourage your fellow teammates! See you there!!! P.S. ALL WALKS ARE OPEN TO PEOPLE OF ALL AGES so, bring your families, friends and join in the fun!
