Another full body shot of me in the lower 170's
I'm 24 yrs old, just moved to St. Louis working as an echocardiographer. Being a recent grad school student, I am very busy trying to juggle work, new responsibilites, and the infamous play time. Since I've been too distracted with all my responsiblities, I have neglected my nutrition and excercise. Not to mention, I've fallen in love and our dates normally involve food =)
Since starting SparkPeople back at the end of 2006, I've done the "Oprah" thing and have yo-yo'd. I went from starting at a size 20 in January 2007 to trying on size 12 dresses in September of that year!!! I lost track of my goals when I moved to a new city, but I'm back!
My two biggest personal goals may not seem much, but to me they mean everything!
Do 30 mins of cardio at least 5 days a week!
Down to a size 8/9
Bust: 36-37 inches
Waist: 28-29 inches
Hips: 38-39 inches
Keep track of calories, take the stairs and take extra steps whenever possible, don't let my diet become a stress!!!
I'm just a country girl from Kansas, farm raised & corn fed.

I'm doing a double major in history and English. I'm going to Teacher's College next year to be a high school teacher and really want to be down several sizes by summer's end so I can go shopping for the professional teacher-ish clothes.

Welcome to the 190-ville SP Team, it is very pleasant here, you will meet a lot of people that will offer encouragement, support, information and motivation.....but, don't stay long, I hear it is much more exciting in 180-ville! Glad you joined, look forward to seeing you active on the site and the message boards, there is an unbelievable community here and we're all travelling the same highway, to get healthy and live instead of exist! Welcome again from the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, I'm about 1/2 way to 180-ville, putting the pedal to the metal and away we go!
