It is so difficult not to get hung up on what we didn't "do right". Bah. Try this.

Ask yourself
1. What did I do well?
then
2. What would I like to improve on?

Finally, end with a positive statement. This is called a "feedback sandwich". It's a technique that works wonders. You aren't saying you did anything wrong, just what you would like to do better. After you have the answer to that question then you can maybe go on to goal setting such as...

What would I like to do in the next (day or two, week or two, month or two, etc) to improve my (situation, health, increase exercise, etc)?

You are amazing and I love that we can be here to support each other! Great job!
