Starting Anew....I've Been Gone WAY too Long!
Oh my...I've been neglecting myself! But I'm not anymore! I'm back and ready to keep this weight loss thing going! I've come TOOOOO far to go back. I gained almost 20 pounds back...and I refuse to let all of it come back. I am recommitted to this weight loss via lifestyle change. I'm not doing my Choose 2 Lose Program again this session because I do have to do it on my own at some point. So, here goes! Me using Spark People and my communities here. It's going to work out ...

My Goals:
My Goals Revised and making sense! 427 -- This is 10% from my starting weight of 475 This is when I get to buy my scale DONE! 7/22/08 360-- After starting Choose 2 Lose round 3, I started at 401. So, this is my new 10% goal. 324 -- Another 10% -- Here...I'm sure I'll need some new clothes so maybe I'll be 1 new outfit and have the other clothes taken up. 292 -- Another 10% -- who knows.... something super special...I think this will deserve a spa day. That's all for now....I know I will feel so much better!
My Program:
To eat right...I'm technically doing weight watchers...but I am also tracking my food and calories here. I exercise 2 times a week with a trainer...and I try to get in 4 other days of cardio.
Other Information:
This is from a play the Kindergarten children did at my school...but I've taken it to be my motto... "Slow and steady. That's my style...though it takes me quite a while. Watch me pass and see me smile. Slow and steady. that's my style!" The play was called A Race To the Finish. It was the story of the tortoise and the hair.
